Camper Pickup & Final Rodeo
The Final Rodeo is a day to celebrate the end of the camp season as a community. We highly encourage you to attend this event as it will give you a glimpse into life on the Ranch, allow you to cheer on your camper as they compete in a Rodeo, and includes fun for the whole family.
Boys’ Season Final Rodeo is July 12th
Girls’ Season Final Rodeo is August 13th.
This year the schedule will be as follows:
- 9:00-10:00 AM Parent Arrival & Camper Checkout
- 10:30 AM Rodeo Starts
- 11:30 AM- 1:30 PM Rolling BBQ Lunch
- 3:00 PM Rodeo Ends and Social Hour Begins
Final Rodeo Days are the biggest days at the Ranch. We love welcoming our greater camp community to celebrate all our campers have accomplished that summer. This is a great time for friends, extended family and our alumni to come to the Ranch and have the freedom to explore. If you are a new parents and are wondering if you should come for Arrival Day or Final Rodeo, we would encourage you choose the Final Rodeo. It is a wonderful opportunity to have your camper introduce you to their friends and tour you around the Ranch. If you attend Final Rodeo, your campers should depart with you following the social hour. When arriving at the Ranch, parents should first pick up their campers’ luggage, electronics, and medications and store them in the car to make their departure simplier.
Please do not bring dogs to the Ranch. Dogs add a layer of complexity and challenge that is difficult to control. Even the most mellow of dogs has the potential of running away, biting someone or spooking a horse- leading to greater injury. We appreciate your compliance with this policy.
