2022 Boys’ Season Arrival Day Information

As we continue to plan for the 2022 season we want to share with all alumni and current families that getting to Jackson and TVRC in June of 2022 will be a bit more difficult than usual.

The Jackson Hole Airport will be closed to all air travel from April 11, 2022 to June 27, 2022 for major updates to the runway tarmac.

As the airport will remianed close during our Boys’ Arrival Day we are making plans with a charter bus company to run two charter buses from Salt Lake City on June 12th. There is also the option to have your child fly into the Riverton Airport and be picked up by TVRC there.

If you have a child enrolled in the 2022 Boys’ Season you’ll be recieving additional detail of the travel logistics as we get nearer to when families typically book travel. We are sharing this update early to ensure that you take this into consideration in your planning.

Whitney Oppenhuizen

Whitney has been on the TVRC Leadership Team since 2018. Prior to coming back to TVRC Whitney spent several years working in both corporate and agency marketing focused in several industries including non-profit. Her family history with camp dates back to the 1940’s when her grandfather worked as a Wrangler under Jack Davis. She attended TVRC and returned in college to work at camp for a couple years. Whitney loves spending time outdoors horseback riding and going for hikes with her dog Jack.
