We often hear that staff aren’t sure how to encapsulate all that they do at camp each summer on a resume. We get it, how do you summarize the fact that you were an intregal part of 110 campers lives for a month? Ensuring they’re safe, have a space that encourages growth and challenges them all well making sure everyone is having FUN. This recent ABC News Article shares similar thoughts and responses from current experts in the field. Turns out, listing “Camp Counselor” on your resume could be one of the strongest things you say.
